Return Policy

We want to thank you for choosing What a Package and hope that we have done everything possible to help you make the right purchase. Due to the nature of our products, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we are always careful about accepting returns or exchanges on products that have left our warehouse. That’s because these products are designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc.). Once these types of items leave our warehouse they are considered used and unsellable.

Exchanges of these types of items will only be accepted in the case of a damaged or defective product.

If your purchase is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will grant an exchange for the same product up to 30 days from the date it was delivered. If for some reason we are sold out of the specific item, store credit for the amount paid will be issued.

You will need to contact our Customer Service department to inform them about this as soon as possible. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, order number and explain the defect on the item. If the defect is visible, we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us.

If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of the defect. But make sure you have all the product parts, accessories, and packaging that came with the product intact.

For unwanted items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Note: Our Customer Service Representatives will provide a store credit for the price paid for the product minus a 20% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, and order number. Our Customer Service department will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item. All returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

“What a Package” does accept returns or exchanges on any products as long as they fulfill our Return Policy. For health and safety reasons, sales for all products are final. For health and safety reasons, we may not be able to take a Refund or Return request if the Product is used. Please check our Return Policy for more details.

If your product stops functioning within 30 days of receipt, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service department to request an exchange for the same item. If you are writing a mail to inform us about this, in the body of the message, please reference the item number, order number and explain the defect on the item. If the defect is visible we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us.

Please make sure to include all accessories and packaging for the exchange to be issued. In case we are out of stock of the specific item, a store credit will be issued for the full price paid for the product minus a 20% restocking fee.

What if my product stops functioning after 30 days it’s delivered?
If your product stops functioning after 30 days, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, many of the products we carry have a manufacturer’s warranty. If you are unsure if your product has a manufacturer’s warranty, we list it at the bottom of the product description. And you can also contact us about this.
